While I am not a fan of cold weather, one of the things I always look forward to is a warming cup of Mexican Hot Chocolate. Here’s one of my favorite recipes for this delicious and spicy treat!
4 cups whole milk
1 cup of skim milk or water
1 1/3 cups (8 oz) bittersweet chocolate chips

Roots in the Garden by Carolyn Cole. A photo documentary of the area of Brooklyn, and more specifically, the street I grew up on. One of the best parts about the video, is that there is a photo cameo of my grandfather sippin’ coffee, and the funeral is my grandmother’s. Great little tribute.
